TOOLS FOR THE JOURNEY
While the below tools and resources are by no means all-inclusive, they are a diverse representation of what types of tools/models/assessments exist in the universe of coaching, which is a lot!
Some are psychometric and statistically validated tools; others are bite-sized, reflection-based, and self-guided. Some get at root issues and deep-seated beliefs, while others explore how one feels in the here and now.
All of them contribute to our self-awareness, which can support us in getting where we want to go.
