Our virtual cohort experience brings group coaching and accountability to your job search process. We work through in-depth exercises from our proprietary job search model, SearchWise.

The live group sessions will include large group discussion, small group work, personal reflection time, and take-home assignments.

SearchWise is a holistic approach to your job search, based on years of our real-world recruiting experience, professional coaching experience, and academic research.
