WHEEL OF LIFE

This simple but powerful exercise gives us a view into your level of satisfaction in eight areas of your life. Where is there fulfillment? Where are there gaps? What might more balance look like? Where has fulfillment in these areas been highest?

We might do this at the onset of an engagement to get to know each other better and gain some insights into your current reality. This exercise can help determine where to focus our time, energy, and goals in our coaching. It can also serve to provide you some self-awareness into themes of fulfillment and/or dissatisfaction at a given moment in time.

From this exercise, some important reflections can take place:

- What was surprising?

- Where did you rank low?

- And when in life was that number at its highest?

- Have any themes emerged?

- Are there any areas where you have the desire and energy to invest in raising that number?

- How does this influence any specific goals?
