In week 1 of Accelerating Learning & Performance we read about mental complexity. There are three levels, and the self-transforming mind is the highest. It is the ability to look through our lens, but most importantly, at our own lens.
As the world gets increasingly complex, workers are asked to perform often at higher levels than their own level of mental complexity. It strikes me, that a goal/need is to develop self-transforming leaders earlier in career. Yet, early and mid-level leaders are often bogged down in execution and tactical/skills-based training.

How can organizations embed learning around mindset/mind trap awareness and develop growth mindsets earlier in career? Eventually, these leaders, can these leaders cultivate that very culture of a self-transforming mindsets in their teams?
